We know you're excited to receive your new Luxus product! Our team is committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. However, please note that due to high shipping volumes and safety procedures enforced by carriers, occasional delays may occur.

Estimated Delivery Times

Please note that our standard shipping times may exceed 7 business days. Orders to the United Kingdom may take up to 10 business days due to customs clearance.

Pre-Order Products

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your shipment may be delayed until all items are ready. For faster delivery of available items, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Customs Fees & Duties

Orders outside the European Union (EU), United States, Canada, and Australia may be subject to additional customs fees and import duties.

These fees are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged upon arrival based on your country’s import laws. Luxus is not responsible for any customs-related charges or delays.

Tracking Your Order

Your tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation email. If your tracking information has not updated after 48 hours, please contact us at support@luxusamsterdam.com.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain cardboard boxes. The label will list the shipper as Kiiroo, using one of our regional logistics partners. Your privacy is our priority.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has been processed.

P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes within the U.S. only. Unfortunately, P.O. Box delivery is not available for international orders.

Changing or Cancelling Orders

To change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible. However, once the order has shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Returned Packages

If your package is refused or undeliverable and returned to us without an RMA number:

  • You will be refunded the product value minus the original shipping fee
  • You will also be charged for the return shipping fee by the carrier
