Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- The item must be in its original packaging and condition.
- You must provide a valid order number or receipt.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Please use a traceable shipping method.
Non-returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Personal care goods (e.g., harnesses, body stickers)
- Gift cards
- Products bought second-hand or from unauthorized sellers (e.g., Amazon, eBay)
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status. If approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- A handling fee of USD $15–$20 will be deducted from the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@luxusamsterdam.com.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, contact us within 1 hour of purchase. If successful, you will receive a full refund.
Orders cannot be cancelled if they’ve already shipped. In that case, please follow the return process once the order is delivered.
Order Changes
Our warehouse works quickly. We may not be able to update or edit your order after it has been placed. Contact us immediately, but note that weekend requests may not be processed in time.
Bundle Returns
If returning items from a bundle:
- You’ll be charged the full price for the items you keep.
- Refunds will apply only to the returned products, minus handling fees.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:
- Contact us immediately at support@luxusamsterdam.com
- Include your order number and clear photo/video proof of the issue
Once verified, we will send a replacement free of charge. Refunds are not provided for defective items.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please:
- Return the original item following our policy
- Place a new order separately once the return is approved
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order was shipped within the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.
To qualify, the item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
